Simone and Le Ping catered for our marquee wedding in Murwillumbah. We had 165 guests for canapés, then sit-down entrée and main. We could not fault the service provided by them, both in the lead up to the wedding and on the day. It was impeccable and no detail was missed. The food service seemed effortless and it’s presentation was perfect. The generous portion sizes kept all guests happy. Above all else though, the flavour in the cuisine is divine. It was a pleasure. Just want to let you know how wonderful Natasha’s Wedding day was, and as a Mother of the Bride there is so much to think of, especially when having a Wedding at home. You came into our home and it was as if you were never there. Your staff were unobtrusive and efficient and everyone remarked on how beautiful the food was! We got married in March this year and were fortunate enough to have Savoir Fare Catering, Simone and Le Ping, cater our two events. The food was amazing! We had a cocktail style party with 45 guests and another had 120 guests. Not only was there a fantastic variety of food but plenty of it! We found Simone and Le Ping to be extremely flexible and obliging with our requests. We didn’t have to be locked into a package. They are both personable and professional. Simone and Le Ping catered our engagement party. We went to them with what we believed to be a very limiting budget however it turned out to be no issue at all. They tailored everything around it and produced some of the best food we have eaten! The servings were more than ample and the service was unsurpassed we have no issue recommending them to you as we have recommended them to everyone who have asked us since. Simone, Sean and I would like to thank you, Le Ping and all your fabulous staff – kitchen and wait staff, they were all so professional, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We received so many comments from our guests on the night and in the weeks following, complimenting the service and the magnificent food. Nothing was too much trouble, your awareness of people and their needs was very impressive – as soon as our late guests arrived you ensured they had a drink and a selection of canapés that had been served!
The quality of food was superb, every canapé was delicious and the Noodle Boxes were a big hit especially the Fish & Chips! The effort you went to, to cater for special dietary requirements was amazing.
Savoir Fare far exceeded our expectations in every way – we have been trying to think of another occasion that we can celebrate – just so we can use Savoir Fare Catering again!!
